Hey I'm Lex, owner of TaleBound. I'm a digital artist whose hobby is making crafty projects away from a computer screen. I've delved into sticker/button making, traditional book binding, 3D printing, and now plushie making.My plushies are made and shipped from Pittsburgh, PA, USA. My workshop is shared by my two curious cats who roam around.Most of my plushies are made with patterns and files from the lovely Sew Desu Ne? unless noted otherwise.You can find my in-progress images and videos on Instagram and general chatting on Bluesky.   • Do you take commissions / make custom plushies?
    Not at this time. I currently only use pre-made patterns that allow for selling.

  • Can I request modifications to an existing keychain plushie?
    For keychains only, yes. You can request the keychain removed and/or different color fabrics. Please messages me on Etsy for a quote and custom listing.

  • How do I care for my plushie?
    Spot clean only. Use a damp cloth with mild soap.
    No soaking or scrubbing. Air dry. Avoid direct sunlight.
    Handle with care. Tugging limbs or accessories might make them loose.
    Hugs encouraged. Cuddles improve mood and fluffiness.

  • Where do you get your supplies?

  • How do you make your plushies/what other supplies do you use?

    This has almost all the processes, supplies, and techniques I use for everything related to the TaleBound shop. I used a lot of resources to start my journey and hope my own guide can help someone too! ♥
